Q: What formats do you support?

Q: How do l buy your stuff?

Q: What if I don't like the sounds?
A: Don't buy them. We want you to be completely satisfied with our content. That's why we have created some solid demos for you to preview the sounds in the library. Just like you can't return opened CDs and software you buy in a brick and mortar store, we do not give refunds if you decide you don't like the sounds.

Q: Do I get an invoice for my purchase?
A: If you require an invoice for tax purposes, just drop us an email and we will gladly send you one in pdf format. Please include your contact information so we know who is invoiced.

Q: I have no/slow internet access. Can you send me a DVD?
A: Yes, if you cannot download the libraries, please contact us and we'll burn one for you. There is a small charge for this service.

Q: I lost my files! Can I get a replacement?
A: Of course you can! Just send us a note and we will re-send your download information. It makes life easier if you still have your PayPal receipt, but if you can't find that, either, that's ok. We can identify you with the email address you used to order. If you changed your email address and don't remember which one you used, things get tricky. We need some sort of proof that you purchased before we can send a replacement. Just contact us and we will try our best to straighten things out.
